2როგორ წაშალო ანგარიშიHow to delete your account
წაშლა თავად აპიდან კეთდება, რამდენიმე წამში:
- გახსენი Feelio და შედი ანგარიშში წასაშლელი ანგარიშით.
- გადადი პარამეტრებში პარამეტრები
- აირჩიე განყოფილება ჩემი მონაცემები
- შეეხე ანგარიშის წაშლა
- დაადასტურე გამოჩნდება კითხვა „ნამდვილად გსურს ანგარიშის წაშლა?“; შეეხე ანგარიშის წაშლა. უსაფრთხოებისთვის შესაძლოა ხელახლა შესვლა დაგჭირდეს.
თუ გინდა ჩანაწერები წაშალო, მაგრამ ანგარიში შეინარჩუნო, იმავე განყოფილებაში აირჩიე ყველა მონაცემის წაშლა — ანგარიში დარჩება, მონაცემები კი წაიშლება.
თუ აპთან წვდომა აღარ გაქვს (მაგალითად ტელეფონი დაკარგე), მოგვწერე feelioapp1@gmail.com-ზე იმ ელფოსტიდან, რომლითაც ანგარიში დარეგისტრირდა — წაშლას ჩვენ შევასრულებთ.
Deletion is done from inside the app and takes a few seconds:
- Open Feelio and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to settings Settings
- Open the section My data
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm you will be asked “Are you sure you want to delete your account?”; tap Delete account. For security you may be asked to sign in again.
If you want to erase your records but keep the account, choose Delete all data in the same section — the account stays, the data goes.
If you can no longer access the app (for example you lost your phone), email us at feelioapp1@gmail.com from the address the account was registered with, and we will carry out the deletion for you.

Feelio დამატებით შენახვის (retention) ვადას არ იყენებს — წაშლის მოთხოვნა დაუყოვნებლივ სრულდება, არქივში ან „კალათაში“ ასლი არ გადადის.
წაშლილი ჩანაწერების აღდგენა შეუძლებელია — არც შენთვის და არც ჩვენთვის. თუ ისტორიის შენარჩუნება გინდა, ჯერ გამოიყენე ჩემი მონაცემების ასლის მიღება იმავე განყოფილებაში და შეინახე სრული JSON ფაილი.
გაითვალისწინე: აპის უბრალო წაშლა (uninstall) ანგარიშსა და ღრუბლის ასლს არ შლის — საჭიროა ზემოთ აღწერილი ნაბიჯები.
“Delete account” removes the following:

Feelio applies no additional retention period — a deletion request is carried out immediately, and no copy is moved to an archive or a “trash” area.
Deleted records cannot be restored — neither by you nor by us. If you want to keep your history, first use Get a copy of my data in the same section and save the full JSON file.
Note: simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account or your cloud backup — the steps above are required.
